Every high vacuum blower rebuild begins with complete disassembly and cleaning before an evaluation is performed. During the evaluation all critical tolerances are measured and noted on a detailed failure analysis report that will be forwarded to you for review, along with the final rebuild quotation. All standard parts such as o-rings, gaskets, seals, bearings, sight glasses, and shims are quoted for replacement. Any repair work necessary to address scoring or damage to major components such as rotor assemblies, end plates, or the main pump housing will be submitted with the final quote for customer approval.

After approval your roots blower will be rebuilt by a trained technician and proper timing will be set. The blower will then be run for a period of 24 hours followed by final testing on ADVACO’s computerized test system. Once performance is verified to meet new pump specifications, it is painted and prepared for return shipment to your facility.

All ADVACO roots blower rebuilds are covered by our exclusive one year warranty, from the date of installation, against defects in parts and workmanship. This warranty is particularly beneficial if you maintain an inventory of spare pumps because your rebuild warranty will not start until the pump is physically placed into service.
