Alcatel Portable Leak Detector

Advanced Vacuum Company has been servicing helium leak detectors for over 15 years and currently offers repair services for Alcatel, Varian, Veeco, Leybold, Inficon, and BOC Edwards portable helium leak detectors.

All leak detectors are quoted upon examination based on the parts and labor necessary to restore proper operational performance. Upon receipt, the vacuum side of the leak detector is serviced. This includes flushing the mechanical pump oil, cleaning the diffusion pump and changing oil if applicable, cleaning the entire vacuum manifold, and replacing the filament and all o-rings. Any additional vacuum components required at the time of service, such as gauge tubes, diffusion pump heater, valves, mechanical pump rebuild, and/or turbo pump rebuild will be quoted as necessary.

Upon completion of the vacuum side service work, your leak detector’s electrical system will be trouble shot and tested. Any additional parts required will be added to the repair quotation and submitted to you for approval. Finally, the unit is calibrated and fully tested to verify proper performance.

ADVACO warrants that all materials and labor pertaining to the specific repairs performed during the time of service shall be free of defects in parts and workmanship for a period of one year. Failure of components unrelated to a previous repair, are not covered under warranty.
