Advanced Vacuum Company is the leader in the repair and rebuilding
of semiconductor based dry vacuum pumps. With over 32 years
of vacuum equipment service experience, ADVACO provides the
highest quality rebuild service available for your BOC Edwards,
Ebara, Leybold, and/or Alcatel dry pump. ADVACO supports several
large dry pump installations throughout the United States. This
gives us the experience and knowledge to effectively service
both large and small pump installations. In addition to this,
ADVACO is an independent rebuild facility which allows us to
offer objective rebuild services. Our only goal is to keep your
existing vacuum equipment running, not to sell you a replacement
pump.

are installed in every Edwards dry pump rebuild. |
The dry pump rebuild process begins with disassembly and
decontamination in ADVACO’s state of the art aqueous
based cleaning systems. Once cleaned all parts are inspected
and measured against internal specifications using routinely
calibrated equipment and tooling. The standard rebuild of
your dry pump will include bearings, seals, o-rings, and gaskets.
BOC Edwards DP, QDP, and iQDP dry pump standard rebuilds all
receive a new set of claws and sleeves in addition to the
parts mentioned previously. After reassembly, all dry pumps
are tested continuously for a period of 24 hours on ADVACO’s
computerized test system. Any BOC Edwards iQDP software is
also reset at this time (run hours, etc.). After passing all
performance tests the pump is leak tested to ensure safe operation
at your facility. The pumps are then painted and prepared
for return shipment to your facility.
All ADVACO dry pump rebuilds are covered by our exclusive
one year warranty, from the date of installation, against
defects in parts and workmanship. ADVACO will also match any
competitors rebuild warranty if necessary.
